Toronto Equestrian Downtown is now hiring

We are looking for experienced riding school instructors to join our team We offer a wonderful opportunity for growth and development for coaches interested in progressing in their careers. Hours are guaranteed, and hourly rate is commensurate with experience.

Duties include:

- Instruct students in riding techniques.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to individual skill levels, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their riding abilities.
- Engage with students to discuss progress and address any concerns.

We are a team of dedicated horse people. Our team is fun, dedicated to horses and to our sport, and committed to instilling a correct positional foundation in our riders. Our community is close-knit, warm and welcoming.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

**Benefits**:

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Riding Instruction: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- EC Instructor or Coach License (preferred)
