**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be a pivotal figure in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and guiding the front-end team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing daily operations to maintain high service standards and a positive guest experience.
- Handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Training and developing front-of-house team members to enhance their skills and foster a cohesive work environment.
- Assisting with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Implementing and upholding company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Managing inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and equipment.
- Collaborating with management to create and execute promotions and special events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, resolving conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
