Nous sommes à la recherche **d'un(e) conseiller(ère) en vente avec expérience** énergique afin d’offrir un service exceptionnel à notre clientèle de **Brossard**. En tant que pilier essentiel de la réussite de ce nouveau magasin, vous façonnerez une expérience client inoubliable et en optimiserez la performance.

**Responsabilités**
- Vente et service à la clientèle
- Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélité des clients en offrant un service de haute qualité
- Participer à l’atteinte et au dépassement des objectifs de vente
- Participer aux opérations quotidiennes incluant l'inventaire et la caisse
- Maintenir la propreté et l'esthétique du magasin
- Contribuer à la mise en valeur du magasin conformément aux directives
- Assurer le respect des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise

**Exigences**
- Bilingue (Français et anglais)
- Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Passion pour la mode et compréhension des besoins des clients
- Aptitudes informatiques

**Description**

We are looking for an energetic, **experienced sales associate** to provide exceptional service to our customers in Brossard. As a key player in the success of this new store, you will help create an unforgettable customer experience and optimize store performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales and customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing high-quality service
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Assist with daily operations including inventory and cash handling
- Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetic appeal
- Contribute to merchandising in line with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and French
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of customer needs
- Computer skills

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
