- Process Payroll bi-weekly and Off-Cycles for multi-state employees
- Manage and respond to ServiceNow cases and payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process, review, and support payroll operations using internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Monitor, organize, and respond to messages in the team payroll mailbox
- Perform payroll file loads and balance payroll data to ensure accuracy
- Execute day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain and manage personnel files and records for assigned employee groups
- Perform Excel-based tasks such as VLOOKUPs and data analysis for payroll accuracy and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for payroll and HR operations

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and track cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through on assignments

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Dayforce HCM
- Familiarity with HR administrative tasks and support processes
- Exposure to HRIS systems and workforce management tools
- Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance
