**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and concerns
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments and refunds
- Drive sales by implementing effective marketing strategies
- Perform duties of a clerk as needed, including organizing files and maintaining records
- Negotiate contracts with customers for storage space rental
- Oversee the buying process of storage supplies and equipment
- Schedule and attend meetings on site with perspective/current clients
- Weekly site visits/inspections

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in management within a storage or retail environment
- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Demonstrated sales acumen to drive revenue growth
- Ability to perform clerk duties efficiently
- Excellent negotiation skills for contract agreements
- Experience in purchasing supplies and equipment for operational needs

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
