**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and execute project plans.
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and uphold safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Optimize workflows with effective time management strategies.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for project execution.
- Foster clear communication between all stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project progression.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Strong understanding of estimating, blueprint reading, and project planning.
- Exceptional time management and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and lead teams to successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus but not required.
Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Construction management: 5 years (required)
