**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, according to client preferences and style trends.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable hairstyles
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment, and the store to ensure a hygienic environment for clients.
- Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques to provide innovative and personalised services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 1+ year experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques and styles, including fades, tapers, and classic cuts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with clients including kids, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional grooming services.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality.
- Straight Razor skills are preferred
