**About us**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Co-assistant manager to join our team. The Co-assistant manager will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and goals
- Opening and closing the store
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Verify accuracy of all deliveries and restock product efficiently
- Ensure cashiering and cash handling procedures are followed
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively

Stocking can consist of repetitive lifting, carrying boxes up to and may exceed 30lbs. Pushing carts of products to restock shelves and any other duties related to the restocking of the business.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Previous manual or power jack experience would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Current criminal record check required.**

**Reliability is a must.**

**Must be minimum 19 years of age.**

**Must have reliable transportation to and from the location starting from 5:45am to midnight as required, 7 days a week. Public transportation is not available during these times.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
