**Front Desk Duties** (Head Office):

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate and manage incoming communication, ensuring it is routed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Resolve any guest or visitor concerns or issues, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.
- Maintain a secure office environment by following proper access control procedures and monitoring office activities.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Support the office with administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing office supplies, and assisting with basic paperwork.

**Night Audit Duties**:

- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and auditing for the property.
- Ensure all transactions for the day are balanced and documented in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
- Verify room charges, guest folios, and payment methods for accuracy.
- Address any discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in front desk or night audit roles in hotels is preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mandarin is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during overnight hours.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
