**Summary**

As a Bartender or Server at Browns Socialhouse, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests. This position is right at the front in ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere, while allowing guest to feel at ease and looked after.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and/or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages created by our design team
- Have a strong understanding of our menu and house created dishes
- Provide genuine guest engagement while qualifying a guests wants and needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Prep and prepare recipes for our beverage program

**Requirements**:

- **Flexible availability** Days, Nights, & Weekends.
- An upbeat and positive attitude, and a want to meet new people
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- A team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- SmartChoices certification

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.80 per hour
