**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate cranes with precision and safety on construction sites throughout western Canada.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks on active construction sites as needed.
- Adhere to Surespan’s high standards for safety and operational excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years operating cranes with a red seal crane ticket.
- **Safety Record**: Demonstrated history of safe work practices.
- **Travel Ready**: Willingness to travel to various construction sites across western Canada on a 21-day on, 7-day off shift rotation.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and assist in other areas when needed.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in pile driving with a drop hammer is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with our crane fleet, which includes Lattice Boom Cranes (110T, 160T, 300T) and Lattice Friction Truck Cranes (45T, 55T, 65T).
**Additional Information**:
- **Remote Locations**: Continued employment requires readiness to travel to remote construction sites across British Columbia and other parts of Canada.
