Laundry Route Driver

Specifics Skills:
Operate and drive vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, Load and unload goods, Pay and receive payments for goods

Willing to work in warehouse as required when route duties are completed.

Position will be temporary to start, the right applicant will be able to transition into a permanent position.

Additional Skills

Professionalism in customer service, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Prepare package and restock goods

Time management skills and ability to assess/plan daily work load expectations

Problem Solving with a common-sense approach.

Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads up to 25 kg (50 lbs)

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Salary will be based on Experience

Driving record check (abstract)
- 5 years

Work Location

Urban area, Local transportation

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Commercial driving: 2 years (preferred)
