**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage the end-to-end production process of design projects, from intake to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Establish, maintain, and archive accurate records of all project
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Support in execution and adaptation of production design work as required.
- Preparing and creating artwork and proofs for clients.

**Skills**
- Understanding of the creative design process and experience working closely with graphic design teams. Experience with the Adobe Creative suite
- Must have experience and working with and creating vectorized artwork
- Must be organized, prioritize, and multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills which include collaboration and influencing others.
- Possess strong project management skills and problem-solving skills.
- You are agile and work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that convey clear messages.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
