**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting customers, and providing exceptional guest services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. This is a Tuesday - Saturday FT permanent position at our Langford dealership.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, providing information about available models and features.
- Ensure that vehicles are parked in an orderly manner, optimizing space utilization while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform cash handling duties accurately when processing customer transactions.
- Support the sales team by preparing vehicles for display and ensuring they are presentable at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with guest services, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors to the dealership.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with cash handling is preferred to manage transactions efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
