**Summary**:
Working with the Sr. Project Manager and Controller, the Project Administrator is responsible for maintaining all information, documentation, accounts receivable and payable on assigned jobs and working with various groups to ensure information is properly communicated with relevant parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain information entered into HCSS, project management system, including all hours worked, equipment used, receipts, aggregate tickets, fuel, etc. for accurate job costing.
- Manage and reconcile company credit cards.
- Create and maintain various reports, including weekly aging reports, timecard reports, job costing reports, daily job activity reports, etc.
- Enter project information into systems such as job set up, cost codes, budgets, PO’s, etc.
- Work with various teams, such as Project Management, Superintendents, Foreman, Safety, Accounting, etc., to ensure all relevant information is communicated to the proper groups.
- Maintain a good standing relationship with clients and 3rd parties.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in an accounts receivable role or equivalent
- Understanding of construction accounting is an asset including holdback process
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail is required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, following detailed procedures and tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills when dealing with customer accounts
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
