We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host/hostess to join our team. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone reservations, setting timers for each simulator bay, answering phone calls, checking customers in, and managing the reception experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will ensure that they have an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone reservations by answering calls, making modifications to bookings, and taking reservations.
- Set timers for each simulator bay to ensure that customers receive the appropriate amount of time to play.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about the facility and its services.
- Check customers in and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Manage the reception experience by ensuring that the entrance, area for waiting, is clean and comfortable, and that customers are entertained while they wait.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team to ensure that all customer needs are met.
- Upsell our services by offering additional products and services to customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
