We are an effective and supportive work community where we leverage team success into customer satisfaction. **Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:45pm-2:15am** **What We Can Offer You** - Full training - $5.00/hour premium for running a set "heavy job" - Straight shifts - Weekly pay - No Weekends - Company sponsored events **Responsibilities** - Complete pre-shift checklist - Operate manual and automatic presses to produce various different metal components - Perform quality checks to ensure part specific requirements are met - Fill out production cards - Ensure good housekeeping of work area **Requirements**: - Previous press operation considered an asset, but not required - Ability to lift up to 50lbs **Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Company events - Company pension - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - Profit sharing - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Schedule: - 10 hour shift - No weekends
