Sous la direction de son gestionnaire, le titulaire du poste effectue les opérations de remplissage et d’emballage au service de l’Unité de production Arestin à partir d’instructions précises dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication, des procédures et des consignes de sécurité. Le titulaire peut à l’occasion effectuer le montage et le démontage des équipements lors des différents changements de lots. Le titulaire agira en tant que responsable de l’équipe et remplacera le Technicien de l’Unité Arestin lors de son absence

Fonctions principales
- S’assure quotidiennement que les machines sont en bon état de fonctionnement et signale les anomalies.
- S’implique dans l’amélioration continue du département, des équipements, procédures et des séances de travail d’équipe.
- Participe à l’implantation des recommandations générées.
- Effectue, à l’occasion, les montages et démontages des équipements lors des différents changements de lots planifiés selon les procédures établies.
- Est la personne en charge lors de la fermeture et ouverture de lot, s’assure que toutes les annexes sont complétées.
- Effectue les tests de départ, journaliers et fin de lots de production.
- Respecte les exigences des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et politiques en Santé-Sécurité et Environnement.
- Effectue toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son superviseur ou du technicien.

**Connaissances et compétences requises**:
**a) Formation requise**
- Minimum secondaire V ou l’équivalent,
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience au sein d’une industrie pharmaceutique ou domaine connexe à titre de préposé ou d’opérateur

**b) Langues**
- Français

**c) Expérience et connaissances particulières**
- Capacité de distinguer convenablement les couleurs
- Dextérité manuelle
- Bon sens d’analyse

**d) Compétences techniques spécifiques**
- Connaissance du système métrique
- Compréhension de base en mécanique
