Are you passionate about creating authentic, delicious Neapolitan pizza? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic **Neapolitan Pizza Cook** to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook traditional Neapolitan pizzas following established recipes and techniques.
- Operate and maintain a wood-fired or specialty pizza oven.
- Ensure high-quality ingredients and consistency in every pizza.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare sauces, meat, dough and other pizza ingredients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a pizza cook, preferably specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza.
- Familiarity with using wood-fired ovens and handling dough.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Neapolitan ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
