**The Role**

**Finishing Bay Afternoon Shift - 2-10pm (possibly flexible)**
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused individual to join our **Finishing Bay** team. This role is all about making sure each piece of furniture leaves our shop with a flawless, durable finish. You’ll work with sanding, staining, sealing, and topcoating processes to bring our products to life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sand, prep, and inspect wood components before finishing
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality finish on all products
- Perform touch-ups and quality control checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized finishing area
- Follow safety procedures when handling finishing materials and equipment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in woodworking, furniture finishing, or a similar trade is an asset (training provided for the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Comfortable working with finishing materials and shop tools
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Ability to lift and move materials as required

Pay: $17.90-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
