## Job Overview

# Duties
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for claims
- Checking in customer vehicles for service.
- Taking customer service calls for service appointments.
- Completing Cummins, Thomas and Freightliner Warranty Claims.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and payments

# Requirements
- Prior experience in truck repair or dealership environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Mechanical knowledge to understand warranty claims
- Experience in Proceed would be an asset.
- Hours 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
