Must
- Have reliable transportation

- Have strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean efficiently
- Be able to work unsupervised

All supplies provided.

Residential cleaning, closing, staging preparation, and vacancy turnover cleaning for realtors and real estate investors.

Paid training provided.

Hours are casual to start but more shifts will be given if desired and you are a successful cleaner.

There will be some interaction with clients (sometimes they are home while we clean or have to meet you to let you in) so you must be able to communicate and present yourself professionally.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

COVID-19 considerations:
Some clients may request we wear masks while cleaning which in this case will be required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
