As the Integration and Innovation Manager at JRTech Solutions, reporting to the Director of Integration and Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT team, developing innovative solutions, and integrating new features for electronic label systems.

**Responsabilities**
- Lead and supervise the IT team, ensuring they are guided, supported, and mentored to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.
- Drive innovation efforts by spearheading the development of new features for electronic label systems, including identifying market needs and proposing innovative solutions.
- Allocate resources and provide support to team members to enable them to accomplish their tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Analyze specific customer integration needs and devise customized solutions to address their requirements.
- Oversee the support and maintenance of clients' IT infrastructure, including servers, electronic label systems, and middleware, to ensure their proper functioning and reliability.
- Conduct regular technology monitoring to stay abreast of the latest trends and relevant technologies in the industry.
- Engage with customers for existing installations, offering technical support and addressing their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.
- Foster the development of a high-performing IT team through training, and ongoing performance management.
- Conduct regular team training sessions focused on problem-solving and real-case scenarios to enhance team capabilities.
- Execute disciplinary actions and corrective measures as necessary to address behavior or performance issues within the team.

**Skills**
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Previous experience in a managerial role, with a strong background in software solution development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong drive and capacity to self-teach innovative solutions.
- Good IT knowledge including networking, databases, software development, and system architecture.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Familiarity with client relationship management and proactively addressing customer needs.
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Knowledge of technologies relevant to electronic label systems
- Advanced skills in customer needs analysis and proposing innovative solutions.
- Ability to lead a team and provide high-level technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
