**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Cabinet Vision software to design, model, and optimize custom cabinetry projects.
- Develop accurate cut lists, material take-offs, and CNC-ready files.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs meet industry standards and manufacturing capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards for materials, tolerances, and construction methodologies.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions that align with production needs and customer requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure designs are optimized for cost efficiency and material usage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the design and production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **10 years of experience** using **Cabinet Vision** software.
- Extensive knowledge of woodworking industry standards, including materials, tolerances, and construction techniques.
- Strong understanding of custom cabinetry design, manufacturing processes, and CNC integration.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production and design teams.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex design concepts.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cabinet vision software: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
