**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products effectively.
- Conduct interviews and recruit top talent to build a strong team.
- Implement effective training programs for new employees to enhance their skills in cashiering and sales management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve overall store performance.
- Maintain an organized store environment that reflects the brand’s image and values.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for product purchases and promotions.
- Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong skills in cash handling, organizational abilities, and sales management are required.
- Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette are necessary for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive business success.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
