A. Ingram Services is hiring asphalt crew workers including rakers, labourers, and operators for the 2025 paving season. Looking for all around asphalt workers who can do it all.

PREFER CANDIDATES WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE, A DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND A CLEAN ABSTRACT RECORD IS MANDATORY.

Some responsibilities may include: drive 1 ton truck and trailer to site, loading and unloading equipment and tools, general tasks like prep work clean up and flagging, general labour such as sweeping and shoveling, rake patches and seams following paver, spray or brush on tack oil, operate skid steer roller water truck and tack truck, ensure the final product is perfect and has proper drainage, assist with drainage and grades using level or laser, follow safety program and safe work procedures, safety documentation and reporting including hazard assessment etc., wear all required PPE, and work efficiently with a team.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
