Computer Repair Technician

We are a buy and sell store that specializes in computer sales and repair, located in Port Hope, ON, Canada.
This job is for 1 person who can work well by themselves, or with other people. We are a small shop, so you would be the main technician. You would be repairing computers for customers, or refurbishing computers to sell in the store. You would also be selling computers and other electronics, furniture, appliances, etc. All sales will be paid a commission + sales bonuses on top of your other pay.
We offer a fair wage for applicants who meet or exceed the requirements set forth.
**Some Required Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair notebook and desktop computer systems for customers or for sale.
- Provide recommendations for resolution of issues.
- Explain technical issues to customers in a simple to understand manner.
- Provide accurate estimates to customers.
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed our quality standards.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive attitude.
- Make or answer phone calls to the store with a professional, and friendly tone.
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience during and after sale/repair.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the work areas.
- Help customers with products and services in person or over the phone.

Minimum A+ Certification required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
