**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead rope access crews on various job sites
- Mentor and train Level 1 and 2 technicians
- Coordinate with Project Managers on scopes, schedules, and safety
- Complete and review RAMS, FLRAs, and Rescue Plans
- Ensure compliance with IRATA, WorkSafeBC, and company standards
- Represent Pacific Ropes professionally to clients and teams

**What You Bring**
- **IRATA Level 3** & **OFA Level 1 (minimum)**:

- Strong knowledge of rope access procedures and safety standards
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Clear communicator and calm under pressure
- Construction experience and safety certs (WHMIS, Fall Protection, etc.) are a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Rescue Services Role: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- IRATA L3 Certificate (required)
- Confined Space (preferred)
