Courseware Project Manager

**Role and Responsibilities** **Project Execution** - At this level, the Project Manager has not managed all phases or aspects of project yet and manages typically one project at a time or part of a larger project - Develops project management plan and establishes goals and objectives for projects of limited scope and financial impact - Manages the human, financial and operational resources necessary to meet contractual and company related obligations of the project to ensure profitability - Resolves project work/scheduling problems by reprioritizing activities - Evaluates potential project risk and develop mitigation plan - Implement project work breakdown structure and delegate to WPM - Controls project schedule and cost **Finances** - Execute the project review cycle process - Analyze and validate budget changes during the PRC - Monitor and control the billing milestones schedule - Validate and approve budget and schedule change orders - Maintain the project budget at completion - Manage the project forecasts **Customer Interaction** - May act as primary liaison with customer on project matters including negotiations and securing customer acceptance - Discusses alternative solutions with customer including contractual changes - Deliver results which achieve lasting satisfaction with customer and achieve financial goals **Product Management** - Contribute to definition of market needs and competitive landscape - Contribute to internal and external proposals in collaboration with Sales team - Contribute to go to market collaterals in collaboration with marketing LI-CG1 **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
