**Monarch Transport (1975) Ltd a division of Landtran Systems Inc. is currently hiring 53” Tridem Trailer Dry and Heat Van Owner-Operators to haul to British Columbia and Alberta or the US. Are you tired of strapping, chaining, tarping or you are just looking for a change, this is the job you've been looking for.**
**We offer a SIGNING BONUS of 10% Base Rate which is roughly $1200 monthly for the first 3 month. There is also $250 for completion of orientation.**
**We pay 1.425 per mile loaded or empty. The fuel rate as of October 14 is 1.0700 based on the Canadian Fuel Association which Fluctuates. We pay $30 for live loading and $30 for live unloading touch free.**
**There is also a wait time rate of $43.50 after 1 hour.** **Do you want to be paid a safety incentive 0.04 per mile paid quarterly with no infractions? We offer that too. We cover the cost of the license plates but not the GST. Insurance is 0.07 a mile and Insurance Payments are a minimum $550 and maximum $630 per month. There is a $3000 hold back this covers any deductibles at $250 per month for 12 months**. **Plus the option to buy into our Medical Benefits program.**

**Requirements**:

- Own Operators must own their own truck
- Class 1 or AZ License
- Minimum 2 years of Class 1 experience
- Mountain and Ice Road experience required
- Tandem axle highway tractor, 22,000 lbs tare weight maximum
- Cargo securement
- Recent driver’s abstract
- Able to Pass a Drug/Alcohol Test and a Criminal Record Check
