Credit & Collections Analyst

We have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Credit and Collections Analyst, starting at three days a week, and potential to become full-time. This position will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of Accounts Receivable, and will work closely with our admin and accounting teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean up of Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure customer accounts are kept current.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Ensure that cash receipts and credits are applied to invoices on a timely basis.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified with customer accounts.
- Work closely with all business units to improve and streamline the invoicing and collection process.
- Ad-hoc duties such as project participation, training, and backup support for other coworkers.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Business Diploma or equivalent
- Cash Management / Accounts Receivable experience
- Intermediate accounting or technical background
- Ability to learn new systems & processes quickly
- Ability to take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Deadline driven and process oriented
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and analytical skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
