Full Time Retail Sales Associate

Summary

Adam & Eve continues to set the standard within the adult industry, by offering only the highest quality products and maintaining the integrity that our customer have come to expect.

Qualifications:

- Able to be able to reach, bend, kneel and carry product necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, and store merchandising.
- The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to regularly perform store housekeeping: sweep, vacuum, empty trash and recyclables, dust.
- Ability to climb ladders and/or step stools.
- The ability to use caution when dealing with difficult customers.
- Adult content environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aware of customer activity and responds with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks.
- Educates customers on the use of our products to satisfy their needs.
- Maintains appropriate stock levels and ensures that all sizes and styles are on the floor.
- Follows Adam & Eve standards of merchandise presentation, signage and display.
- Proactively contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is flexible and enjoyable.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
- Resourceful self-starter, works independently, as well as a part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be available days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be receptive to both positive and constructive feedback from Manager/Owners.

**Salary**: $13.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
