We are currently seeking a **Heavy Duty Cleaner **to join our TGA Management Services Ltd. team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, mopping and sweeping floors and surfaces
- Keep our facilities safe and healthy by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
- Collect and dispose of waste
- Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells and restrooms
- Learn industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers’ unique need
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Valid G or G2 Driver’s License
- Keen eye for detail
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability follow all policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills
- Cleaning experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
