Auto Body Detailer

We are looking for a thorough, responsible car detailer who will adhere to provide quality automotive cleaning services for our customers. **The Auto Body Detailer** will clean vehicles according to company standards and customer specifications.
This includes performing detailed inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, paint defect correction, deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle.
**Responsibilities**
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with company standards and client requests
- Operating buffers, sanders, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
- Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition
- Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to various locations, driving vehicles to and from subcontractors
- Managing inventory and reordering supplies
- Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario ‘G’ drivers license with a good driving record
- Prior car detailing experience is not required but an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including: walking, crouching, bending and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality
- Ability to work independently
**Work Conditions**
- Inside a clean and well-lit auto body repair facility
- Top of the line products and equipment
- Two 15 minute paid breaks, one 30 minute unpaid break
- Regular work week is Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM and Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM. Flexibility to alter hours if needed.
- Paid vacation of 4% with 10 days holidays (increases after 1 year and beyond)
