**About the Role**

At Tidy Homes, we provide high-quality cleaning for homes, Airbnbs, and boutique hotels. We’re looking for hardworking, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-growing, team-oriented company.

**Prior cleaning experience is preferred** (Airbnb, hotel, or residential), but we welcome motivated individuals who are ready to learn

**What You’ll Do**

As a Housekeeper at Tidy Homes, you will:
Clean homes, Airbnbs, and boutique hotels to high standards.
Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistency.

**Perform key tasks, including**:
Deep cleaning kitchens & bathrooms
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting & sanitizing
Making beds & linen turnover for short-term rentals
Emptying garbage & recycling bins
Communicate professionally with clients & teammates.
Work independently or in a team to complete assignments.

**This is a physically active role.**You must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Cleaning Experience Preferred**: Airbnb, hotel, or residential cleaning experience is a strong asset.
**Reliable & Professional**:Clients count on us to be on time and maintain high cleaning standards.
**Detail-Oriented & Efficient**:Ability to follow checklists and work efficiently.
**Strong Work Ethic**:Must be comfortable with physical work and fast-paced cleaning.
Willingness to Learn: We provide ongoing training for those who show potential
