Macco Organiques est une usine située à Valleyfield qui est spécialisée dans la production de produits chimiques de grade alimentaire et de grade pharmaceutique depuis 35 ans.

**Rôle et responsabilités**:

- Préparation et analyse des états financiers mensuels incluant des consolidés;
- Gérer le processus de fin de mois;
- Superviser la gestion des opérations financière (Payables/Recevables);
- Analyser la performance financière par département;
- Aide à la préparation et à l’analyse du budget par département;
- Élaborer des indicateurs de performance et en assurer le suivi;
- Valider et suivre les transactions inter-compagnie;
- Valider la conformité du traitement de la paie;
- Contrôler et gérer les liquidités de l’entreprise;
- Préparer le dossier de fin d’année pour la firme comptable externe;
- Préparer les remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ, acomptes provisionnels);
- Participer aux processus d’améliorations des pratiques comptables;
- Superviser le processus de fin d’année;
- Effectuer la tenue de livres ;
- Suivre mensuellement les écarts et le _reporting_ ;
- Effectuer la conciliation bancaire journalière;
- Superviser les inventaires mensuels ;
- Travailler dans un environnement multi-devises
- Classement et conservation des documents comptables et légaux;
**Profil recherché**:

- Baccalauréat en administration option comptabilité
- Fait preuve de leadership et facilitée adaptation
- Expériences en milieux manufacturier _(un atout)_
- Membre de l’Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) _(un atout)_

**Horaire de travail déterminé selon les besoins opérationnels**:

- Horaire de travail établi du lundi au vendredi sur 40 heures par semaine ou selon les besoins de l’entreprise;
- Heures supplémentaire (au besoin)
- Possibilité de télétravail 1 fois semaine

**Salaire**:

- Salaire compétitif basé sur l’expérience et les qualifications.
