**Service Advisor / Admin Clerk**

**City Tire & Auto (Mount Pearl)** is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Admin Clerk to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team.
**Work Expectation**
- Provide customer service for automotive repair and maintenance.
- Provide customer service for tire sales, repair and maintenance.
- Review work orders and discuss work with management and/or customer.
- Review work orders and direct the needed work with automotive technicians and tire technicians.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Daily admin duties, A/R payment processing, A/P processing, etc.
- Attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal & written.
- Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM - Monday thru Friday.
- Permanent position.
- A skilled Service Advisor with one or more years experience that works well within a team environment.
- Experience in an automotive or tire environment would be beneficial.
- Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.

**Compensation**
- Competitive compensation**:$21.07 - $23.22 **per hour for experienced service advisors.
- Plus incentive based earnings.
