**General Accountability**:
Reporting directly to the Electronics Supervisor, the Mechanical Module Assembler will perform assembly functions within Assembly Department. Will also support and cross train with other members of the team and any other related assigned projects.

**Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
- Assemble sub-assemblies
- Assemble modules
- Assemble covers
- Test modules as outlined in the work instructions
- Perform TC tests
- Assemble modules to pressure bodies
- Install optional accessories to meters/modules as per customer requirements
- Select stock/parts
- Use hand and air tools, safely and as prescribed
- Follow quality control practices
- Wear personal safety equipment as required
- Maintain 5S practices
- Record keeping as directed by Supervisor

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to use various hand and air tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Poses excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

**Educational/Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma with Community College Certificate/Diploma or Manufacturing/Mechanical preferred
- Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment specifically within small parts assembly
- Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis training and experience
- Lean Manufacturing training and experience an asset
