**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including demo, drywall, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, prioritising tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Document completed work and report any additional repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during all work activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and strength for lifting heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $27.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Renovation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
