***Position**: Maintenance Labourer**

***Reports to**: Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Manager**

***Accountability**:
***Primary role is assisting in the maintenance of infrastructure and assisting the Maintenance Manager and other Maintenance Technicians in various duties.**

**Function & Tasks**:
***1. **Primary responsibility will be to carry out job duties under direction of Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor.**

***2. **Follow specific procedures introduced by senior management, the Maintenance Manager and the employee manual.**

***3. **Keep work area and equipment secure, clean, maintained and organized.**

***4. **Maintain good working relationships with all departments.**

***5. **Maintain a proper and exemplary company image.**

***6. **As part of the Maintenance Department you must provide 100% support and assistance to your department when required.**

**7. **May be called upon by Maintenance Manager or Supervisor, Senior Management, or Resort owners to perform other duties comparable to the above, as the aforementioned describes only the primary features of the job.**

***Job Specifications**:
***1. **Seasonal position based in Blue River, B.C.**

***2. **Minimum 2-5 years related experience.**

***3. **Willing to work a flexible schedule coinciding with work volumes.**

***4. **Applied skills in personal effectiveness, image, integrity, working with precision and accuracy, and decision making.**

***5. **Attributes include interpersonal skills, and precise, self-motivated, persuasive and positive personal image.**

***6. **Quick learner willing to learn multiple work procedures.**

***7. **Follow safe work procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment where required.**

***Work Conditions**:
***1. **Physical ability to lift up to 75lb.**

***2. **Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required.**

***3. **Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.**

***4. **Hazards associated with the trade.**

***5. **Work both indoors and outdoors.**

***6. **Will be exposed to construction sites.**
