Account Manager - Brampton

Miller Waste Systems Inc. has been in operation since 1961. Miller is a leader in waste management and diversion, providing governments and industries with a wide range of services in the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Manitoba. Miller has over 50 years’ experience in the waste management sector, and currently operates out of more than 30 locations. We are looking for a highly capable Account Manager to be located out of our Brampton Region.

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of Account Manager. The responsibilities of this individual will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing superior customer service to Miller Waste Systems customers in the ICI lines of business.
- Quote on permanent lines of business to existing ICI customers
- Schedule customer meetings as required
- Update and process customer service agreements
- Retain and expand existing customer base
- Process service change requests and answer inquiries from all lines of Miller Waste Systems business.
- Engage in positive revenue management projects for Miller Waste when necessary
- Utilize CRM software daily

**Requirements**:

- You will be a self-directed and self-motivated team player and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills are an important requirement for this position, as well as excellent organizational skills
- College/University degree are considered an asset.

Compensation Package
- Competitive Salary + Commission
