Director of Support Services for 68 **bed LTC HOME**

**MUST have proof of membership with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management

This position will report to the Regional Manager. This role will be responsible for the administration, leadership, service and quality of Nutritional and Environmental Service operations in Cambridge ON

**Responsibilities**
- Effective and efficient administration and leadership of the team
- Maintain service standards and enhance quality of service and offerings
- Establish, communicate, train and monitor the procedures
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching and development of a successful team
- Manage scheduling in accordance with employment policies and budget
- Ensure that all payroll processes are carried out in an accurate manner
- Work with leadership to ensure that hourly associates clearly understand their job roles, responsibilities and performance expectation
- Address guest concerns, requests or issues
- Monitor dining room for service, safety and wellbeing of guests
- Complete scheduled inventories, stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
- Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Membership in CSNM
- Minimum 2 years’ food service leadership experience
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Reliable transportation

Vulnerable Sector Search, 3x Vaccination, and TB testing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $56,000.00 per year
