System Design and Sales Representative

Overview
Duties
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market expansion
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand technical products or services and explain them clearly to clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- A driver’s abstract is required
- Background check may be requested

Compensation
- Base plus commission range from $55,000 - $81,000+
