Systems Implementation Project Manager

Reporting to the Director of System Automation, this individual will be tasked with leading and overseeing a systems unification and data migration projects between Salesforce and legacy systems. You will work closely with our external implementation partner and varied internal stakeholders. Experience in working with/understanding different data structures/architectures, and migrating from one to another is a plus.
**Note**: This is a contract role of 4 months.
**Responsibilities**:
- With support from our implementation partner, prepare and implement a schedule for the different requirements of the project: develop a work plan, budget, allocation of resources and estimated time of delivery.
- Oversee the activities of project team members and monitor project task completion.
- Provide project reporting with accuracy and clarity.
- Identify project risks and develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Work with partners and stakeholders to determine their needs and requirements for system integration
- Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Remain calm under pressure, gather and analyze facts that may be contentious, and operate in a fair, transparent manner with tact and professionalism.
- Escalate as needed to ensure projects flow according to schedule; Identify, own, and handle any issues that arise during installation.
- Confirm with customers that all services have been delivered as requested.
**Education**:
- University level degree or relevant work experience.
- 4+ years experience in project management in system integration.
- Data migration experience is an asset.
- Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal but not required.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Knowledge or worked with system integrations and data migration
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate projects in a technical environment.
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, partners, and stakeholders, while maintaining positive working relationships with each.
