**Position: Marketing and Sales Operations Manager**

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Job type: Full-time

Total hours per week: 40 hours

Working Hours: include evenings and Saturday

Language Required: English AND Mandarin

Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000

The opportunity:
The Operations Manager is expected not only to keep the center operation running effectively, but also to make direct contribution to the growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about building a career in a fast-growing education company.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategy and implementation plan to increase the brand awareness
- Execute marketing strategy with measurable benchmarks
- Create quality content in both text and visual format for marketing purposes
- Manage social media and google ad account with regular analysis report
- Manage sales pipeline for consistent revenue stream
- Provide consultation to potential students and parents to close sales
- Conduct customers survey in various formats to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Support other business activities as needed

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, education, business, or others
- Excellent oral and written communications in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent customer service skills and mindful judgement
- Hands-on experience in working with social media and content creation
- Hands-on experience in using content creations tools such as Canva and etc.
- Must be able to work in evening hours and on Saturday

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
