- from business phone systems to internet and analogue lines, to post-implementation support with diverse managed service offerings. We do what is right for our clients.

Sunco is looking for an IT Project Coordinator who would play a fundamental part in supporting the successful planning and implementation of Sunco’s business communication projects and installations. Working closely with the Project Manager, this individual will be a self-starter, and highly motivated with strong communication skills.

Job Duties*
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve project timelines and create an effective work plan for projects and installations.
- Gather information from the internal sales team and client to create a technical package to be used by the technicians to complete installation.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Deploy and execute a relevant training strategy that meets the clients’ needs and aligns to the scope of work.
- Schedule and coordinate installation and training with the client and in-house Operations team.
- Communicate and coordinate all parts of the sales and installation process internally and externally by providing information and notice of changes in a timely manner and mitigating any risks that can impact the project.
- Close projects by ensuring that the clients’ needs have been met and that we have completed all internal processes and project methodologies in an effective and efficient manner.
- Create organic sales opportunities through servicing new and existing clients.
- Review, edit and maintain all technical/product documentation and user guides.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining customer records in CRM
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with clients, employees, management, executives and visitors at all times.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma an asset.
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience managing all phases of IT projects
- PMP certification will be an asset
- 3-4 years experience with CRM tools
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Expertise of various office-based software including Microsoft Office 365

**Working Conditions**
- Busy office setting.
- Travel to client sites is required.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Interacts with clients and public at large.
- Ability to conduct and attend presentations.
- Sitting for long periods.
- Overtime may be required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
