**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning duties within designated schedules.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure the upkeep of the premises.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail.
