The Studio Practitioner administers professional relaxation body and facial treatments as booked by our guests. They must have exceptional techniques, possess exceptional cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our studio’s specific body treatment offerings. Excellent communication skills are necessary and be able to learn the product and services provided at H2O Float Studio.

**AVAILABILITY to choose from**:
**Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 3.30-8.30/10.30pm**

**Pay starting from $22 per hour + tips + comission**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide consistent professional relaxation treatments
- in accordance with the studio protocols.
- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the studio.
- Be available to work weekends, long weekends, and holiday periods.
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
- Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals. Bonus commision pay for packages sold.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the studio’s policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock space as required in a timely fashion.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the studio that require attention.
- Actively promote the studio, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Manage guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Able to work safely and securely in a manner that protects the integrity and the safety of the guests, team members and studio.
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Some front desk duties when no massage clients are present.
- Able to attend work reliably and consistently.
- Strong work ethic.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
*Esthetician or bodywork experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year working in a spa environment.
- Perform massage treatments, facial treatments an advantage also.
- Ability to suggestively sell.
- Have general knowledge of studio products and be able to discuss guests’ needs.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills required.
- This is a fast-paced environment during certain times of the year in which you will work under pressure, with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks and attention to detail will be necessary.
- Must have enthusiasm in doing the job tasks required.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Flexible to a changing schedule.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
