As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our operations with the integration of advanced production automation technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the implementation and integration of the ERP system across different functional areas of the company.
- Bridge the ERP system with the Point of Sale (POS) system and new production automation computers to ensure cohesive operations and data flow.
- Coordinate and oversee the ERP system updates to ensure they meet the company’s requirements and are delivered on schedule.
- Develop and implement training programs for users across departments to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
- Manage the flow of data from sales to scheduling, tracking production, and managing purchases all the way to shipping.
- Collaborate with IT and department heads to ensure the ERP system accurately captures and reports all necessary data.
- Monitor ERP system performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve processes and system functionality.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ERP users, addressing any issues or challenges they face.
- Prepare regular reports on ERP system status and progress for senior management.Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role, with hands
- on experience in ERP implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and principles, preferably with specific knowledge in [mention specific ERP platform if needed].
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
