*Job Overview*

*Duties*
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create programming that aligns with early childhood education standards and our Christian program
- Foster a positive and welcoming classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize time management skills to ensure a structured daily routine

*Experience*
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting
- Previous experience working with children in a Christian setting considered a strong asset (Church, Christian school, Christian childcare, VBS, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Ability to utilize technology for communication and documentation purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
